该酒店地理位置还可以，距离布达拉宫步行不到20分钟。卫生、设施和同级别酒店差不多。服务上不咋好，那个女经理骗人。我们在携程上定了两间特价房，路上堵车，6点钟到不了。为此我们特意打电话到前台要求保留房间，10点前肯定到。前台也答应了。可不到10点钟到店时值班人员告知只剩一间特价房，不是特价的房间还有。值班的正是女经理（她当天是替班，24小时连班。。我们当时不知她是经理，第二天其他服务员说的）。我们打电话给携程，携程与前台（当时前台就是经理）沟通无果。要求与经理通话，她没说自己就是经理，却给了个电话号码，携程怎么也打不通。由于时间太晚了。我们4个女人一大堆行李，实在没法弄，只好认了。这要是在讲信用的酒店，会免费升级的。对于这样的酒店我们再也不会入住了。拉萨我们不会只去一次的。是啊，人家才不会在乎我们这几个人以后会不会入住呢。

综合来说，这是一家非常不错的酒店。位置方便，干净卫生，吃早点的地方也近，进藏首选。
