酒店很干净，房间不大但够用。酒店服务很好，开始订的行程有变动，通过与酒店沟通，按照新的行程给改了一下！非常感谢🙏。中间三天离开酒店，多余的行李还帮寄存了一下，非常好👍！早餐🥣丰富，还有免费的夜宵吃！每晚还有导游免费带大家去参观布达拉宫夜景，🚗也是免费接送的哟！导游更是很专业，服务到位！br不足之处是，我六月二十一号就订了酒店，结果七月二号入住时，同行的大姐现场订的一样的房，结果每天房价比我便宜一百多元人民币！这是为什么呢？为什么呢？让人感觉不舒服……

我和孩子是7月2日第一次入住酒店7月4日离开7月6日再一次入住酒店的，7月6日早晨儿子突发高原缺氧生命垂危，是酒店的阿旺其美背着15岁已经170厘米的孩子和其美占布两个人将孩子送到医院并且一直忙上忙下，照顾孩子，孩子没有了生命危险，而上了一晚上班没有休息的阿旺其美却只能在太阳下休息，医生说幸亏孩子治疗及时，要不然会有生命危险，在这里谢谢您们，阿旺其美，其美占布，刘经理，客服部的美女主管，前台的服务员，维也纳的全体员工，谢谢您们为孩子开启了一条生命通道，谢谢您们，谢谢您们，

我们预定的是弥漫氧标间，来到开的房间是景观标间，不带弥漫氧，打了前台电话最后给换了一个普通标间还没有之前的好，加个一个增氧机给我们，晚上睡觉开开吵的要死，基本上没什么用，换好房间没有凉水全是热水，退房的早上凉水停了，没法洗漱，一直在等酒店方面解决问题，最后下楼吃早饭什么都没有了，找前台理论还怪我们下楼晚了，店大欺客啊，太让我们失望了！！！！
