（1）入住房间的时候发现马桶居然有污秽，因为心里很想住这里，就忍了。随后发现房间里一众物品上面尘土一层，唯一的一块一米见方的地毯上沾满杂物和头发；（2）入住的时候前台直接扣了房费，询问为什么不在退房时再扣费，答曰一向这样。后来才知道，因为这里你住一晚就足够了，极差的卫生条件（这是酒店的基本！！！）让你不会再想多待。（3）一天回来高原反应严重，拉开被子居然发现里面有一寸左右的毛发！细看被单貌似没有换过，打电话问前台，前台说马上来换。于是晚上十点钟，服务员抱着“干净的”被单进来换。换了床单和枕套之后，我说“把被套也换了吧”，对方问我“被套也要换吗？”顿时心里一沉，原来他们真的是能不换就不换的！！！吃惊！！！要不是高原反应严重，头疼的要死，当然就要走了。（4）第二天要求退房，退还第二天房费，这里就省略吧。费劲口舌、找各种理由也不给退。所以，最后的结果是，我们虽然无比挚爱藏式风格，务必敬仰这里数百年历史的老建筑，仍旧愿意白白损失一晚房费提前离店，因为这里太脏了！！附两张大晚上来换被单的图片。
