酒店设计装修有藏族特色，门脸小，不太好找，饭菜也可口，早餐简单！房间设施齐备！就是有一点不愉快，查房时说有一个氧气瓶被用了！但我们明明没有用！酒店服务员说每天都补足的。说不清了！出门旅游不希望有不开心影响情绪，没深究，无缘无故多付了30元！我的宽容希望引起酒店工作的严谨！不要再出现类似的事情！

位置有点不方便，打车去布达拉宫或者大昭寺都需要10元左右，去色拉寺也不是很近，对过川菜的豆花鱼味道不错。退房查房总是要查很久，淋浴花洒坏了还要客人赔，据理力争后没有得逞。其他还不错，干净，床也满舒服的，不吵闹。

酒店很有风格，中间大天井就是吃的地方，一群人到了真不用再找吃的地方。内部环境装修不错，只是停车不便，没有自己的停车场，只能停路边，车停多了非常不便，另外，酒店在导航上的地址是错的，招牌又被树挡住，不容易看到。
