酒店环境还是不错的，在旅游旺季的拉萨全是性价比较高的，但服务态度和质量都有待提高。几次联系前台，都不算耐烦，本来定的是两个标间，在未经我同意的情况下，擅自改成一单间一标间，四个大男人出行啊！随后联系经理秘书，问她什么时候能给我回话，她来句，你到店有地方住就行，为什么还要知道处理结果？语气非常不好。能忍受的朋友，冲着还算可以的环境，可以去感受下。
