去年住了三天今年住了两天退房时服务员居然用一条折痕明显的新床单但有污渍换掉我睡了两天的床单、然后说我搞脏床单要赔偿、我先拍了照片录了视频然后我只说了一句话:睡了两天的床单怎么折痕还会凸起的。后来前台退回押金叫我把照片视频删掉。不可能删回去看搞新闻的朋友用得上不。

服务只有两个男的前台还行，那胖的女的前台就跟别人欠她钱似的，位置优越就在布达拉宫附近，每个房间都有蒸气机和投币氧气机，至于客房的毛巾每一条都脏得......我都不知道怎么形容了！还好自己带了毛巾
