酒店设施新，干净卫生，服务好；带孩子第一次入住，送儿童拖鞋，儿童洗漱套装，每天睡前赠送热牛奶点心；前台、餐厅、客房服务非常热心，很温暖的感觉；在拉萨后续的日子两次入住，客房部张昌碧大姐非常热心，很温暖。

酒店在拉萨比较有名，打车跟师傅说地点都能知道，位置说是离布宫近，其实是离后面的公园近，走到正面得走20分钟吧至少。春节房价600也不算便宜不过定了几间民宿之后还是觉得住正经酒店好，所有工作人员服务态度都很好，大年30还送了饺子，就是本来说好能送餐到房间最后经常说忙不过来叫下去吃。高反严重这么大个酒店也没备什么药物，最后靠吸房间吸氧机勉强续命了哈哈，吸氧机一小时30，五小时后免费，房间氧气瓶28一罐，温度计10块一个。酒店赠送早餐，品种算丰富。
