酒店很漂亮，环境优美，房间宽敞明亮。服务非常好。前台小丁，小莲人美心更美，亲切，并能主动满足客户需求。还有两位师傅帮我们搬很重的行李，感动。客房卓嘎措姆也很热亲友好主动。爱你们，比心。是我在西藏感受到的最好的服务。再来拉萨的话，这里是首选。

这家酒店相当不错，酒店前面就是拉萨河，离布达拉宫和大昭寺都不远。酒店装饰很有西藏民族特色。房间很大很干净。房间和屋内用品蛮新的。更值得一提的是酒店的服务很好，从接站的司机师傅到帮拿行李的服务员都很热情，走进酒店大堂就送红景天茶。特别是前台的小王小罗两位姑娘，不仅周到细致，还给我们升级了房间。原本只订了一晚，现在決定继续在这里住。
酒店前面的拉萨河道路的升级改造也接近完工了。酒店将会更美更方便。
