入住体验比较差，酒店说没有看到订单。打电话给携程，一番协调。酒店让携程发传真给他，而前台不接电话。终于办了入住，可给的房间没有窗户。又和携程协调，前台最终给调了带窗户的房间。入住过程花了近2个小时。酒店设施还是不错的，有吸氧机。早餐就不咋地了，个人感觉连三星的标准都没有，并且就餐的二楼很冷。酒店位置还行，门口有5路、26路，可以直达布达拉宫和机场大巴站。机场大巴很好，5分钟一趟很方便。
