艺龙预定的贵宾楼大床房，到店变成了双床，原住不住的态度。总结：房间较小，卫生间也比较简单，每天打扫卫生，地理位置非常好，老外特别多，所以安全没问题。服务员态度较差，其实大部分藏族同胞都是这样的，要不就懒得理你。对待老外还是很热情的，没办法！来拉萨学习历史就不要要求太高了！

就是地段不错交通方便，但是服务非常差。明明定的是贵宾楼大床房，但到了被告知只能住普通楼的最差的标间，而且无法沟通，要么就不要住。房间是蹲坑，无洗手台，无淋浴房，差的一塌糊涂，关键还是wifi信号断断续续速度极慢。。。

酒店服务很好，厕所有点小漏水，反应了就马上安排维修了。位置很不错，非常方便

到了之后没有我们预定的房型了，直接给换了个大的房间，不加钱，赚到啦。房间不错，很有特色，能看到想看的卫视台，就是设施不是很新，在北京东路边上，去景点都很方便，总体还是不错。
