【优点】
1、位置：在国道上，有一个小院子，自驾出行、停车都很方便。周边有超市、菜场，购物方便。
2、环境：整栋楼一共七层，顶层是一个大露台，可以观山，视野很棒。房间也都干净整洁、宽敞明亮。
3、服务：老板娘热情好客，人美又有耐心，带着我们把几个房型都看了一遍，只希望我们能住的开心，特别真诚。
【建议】
1、细节：大概因为房子建成比较早，海边侵蚀性又大，房间的门、马桶都有破损，需要慢慢维护、修理、调换。
2、交通：离龙沐湾开车大约十分钟，步行大概30分钟，如果没有车还是不太方便。
