酒店的地理位置优越，就在天池边上，环境好！房间的霉味太大，卫生间的房顶霉了一大块，地漏堵，没法洗澡，这点让人很生气！艺龙订房，房间安排的不好，位置偏。对于艺龙，我要说，你们不能只考虑赚钱，是不是能服务更人性化一些，不是说我定了房，你拿了钱，其他都是推脱，一律回答不行，不可以，我不管你们和旅行社之间的关联交易，难道让旅行社和酒店沟通开张发票，还要加收10%的服务费？酒店前台的服务员板着个脸，像谁欠她钱似的，问啥都说不可以，真是少见！不配5星酒店！早餐很一般！
