国庆期间，价格上涨将近一倍，服务却没有相应的提高，甚至倒退，忙不是服务差的借口！国庆期间房间适当涨价也合情合理，毕竟供不应求，但是价格上涨至少应该维持服务水平不变，否则就成了质次价高了。
维也纳酒店在不同的地方住过多次，整体感觉都还可以，但这次国庆期间高价住的酒店感受最差。
由于头天赶路太晚，凌晨才入住，第二天起得晚了些，看看时间9点10分，早餐券上写早餐时间到9：30分，还好赶得上早餐。带着小孩上到14楼餐厅，时间九点一刻，进餐厅吃早餐吧，结果除了几个鸡蛋和稀饭，什么都没有了。一个服务员说还有面条可煮，赶紧去煮面条窗口，窗口上一小碗煮好的面条放着，厨师不耐烦的把窗口一关，没有了没有了，感觉不是在酒店用餐，像是去要厨师家的饭来吃……
将就吧，喝碗稀饭吃个鸡蛋。结果服务员一个劲催，还要不要，还要不要，我要收走了，这个时候也才9点26分而已，离酒店承诺的早餐服务时间还有几分钟，餐厅里一副大扫除的样子，早餐吃得像最后一轮酒席，只好不了了之，外出吃吧。
国庆期间住的人多，员工很忙，酒店把价格提高了几百一晚上，理应给员工更多加班费，把服务工作做好，如果仅仅因为人多和员工工作辛苦就忽略住客的感受，终将得不偿失！ 给差评是希望酒店能够加强管理，规范服务程序，提升服务水平，希望下次入住不再遇到这样的事。

房间干净舒适，景色优美，隔两条街就是嘉兴路美食街，随便找了一家吃的串串香，超级好吃，酒店性价比超高。不足的是电梯太慢，慢到能急死人的程度 。早餐很干净，虽然比一般商务酒店品种多一点，但并没有像评论里说的那么多，而且味道普通，有点失望😞
