服务员服务意识很差，我一个人带着一个几个月的宝宝入住酒店，行李箱婴儿车还有很多东西，我一进门就问有没有行李生帮忙拿一下，前台服务员说行李员没有行李车在那里自己推，我手上抱着宝宝怎么可能推的动那么大个行李车呢？前台两三人站在那里也没有帮下忙。本来艺龙订的房间就含两份早餐，服务员非说我一个人住就只给一张早餐券，还理论半天这点心理很不爽，住了很多酒店还第一次遇到这种情况，你管我几个人住，我房费里面含几份早餐就应该给我几张券。再来说说房间，虽然才开业一年左右卫生间防水没做好，墙纸那些变形严重。这次入住感觉很不值，经常来乐山，相比这家价格差不多还是觉得太和盛世酒店比这个好多了，服务员整体素质高很多，早餐也很不错，床也比这家舒服。反正我是不会再住这家了。
