酒店唯一的好处，是可以去泡温泉，温泉还不错。酒店装潢估计是十多年的样子了，陈旧。因为要去上峨眉山，早上退房，下午爬山回来，拿车出场时，居然还要交三十元停车费。从来没见过这样收住店客人停车费的酒店。

第二次入住灵秀，这词住宿选择了一般价格的房，到了酒店办理入住，给升级了3楼的房间，不错！还送了一份糕点，晚上回房间还送了银耳羹，酒店的经理（廖梦瑶）服务态度极好，满分??！酒店就需要多一点温柔热情的工作人员！
酒店的温泉和游泳池很不错，就是有咩咩蚊子，冬天的时候没有！值得推荐住宿这里！无限次温泉，早餐很多品种，很棒，早上吃了很多中午都不觉得饿！

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，不吵不闹，交通也很方便。，很满意。但是还有提升的空间
