因为旅博会的原因，导致到店办理入住后40分钟都没有把房间整理出来，背着行李来回踱步，房间内电话又拨不通前台，加上旅途劳累，便有了些许脾气，酒店立马给我换了个房间，并一再解释退房集中一个时间段，导致卫生做得太慢，向我道歉并赠送一晚温泉体验。因为下着雨最终也没去泡，态度还是不错的。
另外要说说，酒店对面那条巷子，第一家跷脚牛肉，千万不要去吃！！！！是我十年来吃过最难吃的！！！！

很不错呢一个地理位置各方面都很不错的酒店，早餐很丰富，就在大佛禅院旁边，离沃尔玛也很近，吃的玩的都很不错，晚上还有温泉可以泡，环境服务都很好，会再次光临的

到峨眉出差都住这里，交通便利，也不吵，办事方便，疫情期间人不多，早餐没有以前丰富，但也还可以

很不错啊卫生干净性价比很高，前台热情服务，周边吃也很方便，晚上的温泉也很舒服啊每天换水一看就很干净啊带小孩出游是个不错的选择，我会再次来的
