先说优点：国庆期间去住的，房间没有涨价，跟平时一样的价格，这点赞一个
然后是缺点：1、在艺龙上定了标间，而且跟酒店提前联系了6：30左右到店，让留着，结果到了以后没有了（当时酒店还有其他顾客遇到这种情况在那里扯皮，因此入住耽误了半个小时）；2、预定的标间没有以后，我要求入住单间，前台说要180一间，我表示艺龙上只要146后改为150一间，最后按照这个价格入住；3、这个酒店刚好处在乐山和峨眉山中间，而且价格较低，所以选择在此住的游客较多，估计酒店平时客流量不大，人一多就懵了。
总体来说还是给个8分，希望以后前台的小姐姐加强自身业务能力，以免到时手忙脚乱
