提前订的房间，总台小妹很用心通过网络转接方式联系到了我，问到店时间，睡软床还是硬床，这个太好了，很多酒店都没有硬床，到店后更是热情，主动送我们到房间，耐心的讲解空调，电视的使用方法，还特意给我儿子送了儿童拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，聊天过程中得知我们去坐小火车，很关切的问是否需要帮忙买票，随后还送了当季水果和银耳汤，小妹还一直叮嘱我们去吃早餐，很丰盛，结果，出乎我的意料，真的太多了，有我儿子最爱的糕点和叶儿耙，真的很用心的在做服务，我们住5星级酒店都没感受到这么好的服务！让我们很感动，酒店位置也很好，另外对面就是车站，回成都特别方便！
