本来预订的其他酒店，携程告知预订成功，到店以后被告知无房。联系客服以后马上免费调换到这家酒店，非常感谢携程客服的高效。 这家酒店是比较老式的三星酒店了，设施设备都比较老化，地理位置还不错，周围吃喝休闲都有；酒店服务人员态度很好。
