全五星。说实话硬件就是一般的酒店风，没有特别出彩的地方，但是服务细致入微。平时都是住五星级的国际品牌，选择了这家酒店居然收获了小小的惊喜，难得，相比之下某些国际品牌的服务简直sh*t。房间有特别精心准备的手写小卡片，卫生巾有两把梳子两顶浴帽，这些都是微不足道却被常常忽略的地方，但是这家酒店就能在细节上体现出差距。前台的服务也让人倍感温馨，一切为顾客所想，看惯了前台西装革履、满嘴蹩脚英文加职业式微笑的我真有如沐春风的感觉，总之下次还会来的。
