温泉和环境还行，但服务员的素质太差，除了黑竹沟景区情况一问三不知外，处理问题的能力也差。我们有间房的房卡当时没找到，结账时让赔100元，比成都都贵！而且说等会找到了来退，都以马上要做报表为由拒绝了，结果我们果然找到了卡，但答复是已经不能退了。
