本次入住体验感太差，想着贵宾楼条件好些，也专门选择了五星标准的房间，结果太失望，设备陈旧，不如一般三星的，卫生搞得差，厕所里马桶上还有污渍，客服倒是说换房间，出来玩了，还没回去看换成什么了

有史以来，艺龙及饭店最糟糕的一次体验。首先，订房时未标注清楚是否为含温泉，预定前咨询艺龙客服，答复说官方订酒店含温泉，那么陷阱就来了，到了酒店跟你说定的房间没有温泉，问在线客服，就改口说没有温泉了。原来，艺龙定也要分是不是艺龙官方，绝了，这个答案我很佩服，同样的价格可以有不同的待遇，佩服佩服。客服还横，直接来句，您自己不定有温泉的，投诉无效，这种服务应答我也是醉了。我就呵呵了，只能说，当年首先的艺龙旅行，真的要排后面去了。
