我16号入住金海棠5号楼，入住时前门在大兴土木，汽车常常开不到楼前。回酒店要经过又乱又杂的通道才能回到房间。所幸房间干净卫生，我打祘一直住到25号，然19号的房，携程只有别墅房，我不想搬，我问前台酷姐，她说直接交钱就可以继续住5609，我想把19号，20号的房间钱交了，她说20号的房被某校包了，她没收到通知不给我住。我说，昨天你们的服务员特别打电话给我确认某校的刘处长已经把5609留给我，我又展示校方说己协调好我续住5609的短信给她看。她说校方须亲自通知她，她才能收我的钱让我20号入住，旁边有个很漂亮的服务员对她说：我是刘某处长来协调的，漂亮服务员说出了刘处长的全名，说了三遍！酷姐还是坚持校方领导必须亲自通知她！好吧！祘我见了鬼了。我只好取消在网上己订好的22至25号续住5609房间的订单。好吧我评服务为一星，是看那个漂亮服务员的面子，不然只能因酷姐服务评分为零分！
