前台服务员态度特别差，今天（6月28日下午入住611房间）出去吃晚饭，去前台叫服务员换一下房间的浴巾，她们回答可以，吃了晚饭回来还没有换，问前台，前台说先没有说，要加十元，洗巾费，我说我是这里会员，住了今年了，没有听说过。她的（回答是你可以退房走人，我问她是不是代表老板说的，她说是）这样的酒店住着也不舒服，以后再也不住了。退房再也不去住了
