服务态度之差，生平给的第一个差评，中午出去要求酒店给我换一间房，答应了，晚上回来不给我换，说没房了，我要求退还房款，酒店不答应还让我自己去找网站退，特别是前台那个胖小伙子，他说他没说过，还说什么他们那里有监控，我要求调监控他又不敢了，反正就是不承认自己说出来的话，把客户当傻子哄，现在还是淡季，不知道旺季要把他们得瑟成什么样

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

和男朋友以及闺蜜两口子一起来峨眉山玩，房间很大，干净整洁，私密性很好，酒店位置也很方便，离报国寺很近，总之真的是物美价廉，值得再次预定！

春节全家出游，四大一小，选了一间两卧套房。2018年刚开业，还能闻到装修气味，装修风格现代，配套设施跟不上，说是公寓连卫生纸都没有，厨房里也是干干净净啥都没有，早餐一般。
