loft的房间视野开阔，大大的落地窗外绿树成荫让人心情豁然。可以泡温泉的浴缸让人很放松，日式榻榻米上喝茶看书蛮惊喜。女儿非常喜欢这个房间。短短的假期快结束了，凤琴管家的一直关照很让人舒服。期待下次的重逢。

订了家庭套房，我只能说是照骗，和图片上的效果差别挺大的，更重要的是不卫生，一进房间一股臭味扑鼻，叫了服务员来清理，清半天味还是大，最后没办法放弃。

和女儿一起来消暑，选了这家网红民宿。凤琴管家有很温暖的笑容，房间别致，院子有私人温泉，感觉可以好好放松一下了。

体验感太差了,在携程上订过很多酒店,
一般不得写评价,但是这次真的忍不住想要来吐槽下:1、
房间极为不安全,晚上门都锁不了,结果告知门锁坏了
忘记修;2、房间非常潮湿,晚上睡觉被子都是润的,地
垫都发霉了都没更换过,有点恶心,灰层多;3、住了
个过道房间,结果窗帘是半透的,完全关不上,里面睡
觉外面都能看到;网红酒店本以为会有惊喜,结果太令
人失望了,慎重

凤琴管家服务很好，有五星的标准，要是去金顶和知道峨眉山周边的吃的，管家也会全程告诉你，这点还是蛮满意的. 酒店地理位置还不错.
