带起小孩子说找个好一点卫生些的酒店住，住过几次太和感觉各方面都不错，结果今天就觉得除了设施和卫生以外，服务让人觉得非常不愉快，点了美团外卖，之前来住的几次都能让外卖员送上来，今天就整死都喊自己下去拿，和前台打了两次招呼都沟通不下来，带起小孩子就是要喊人自己下去拿，说是酒店有餐饮，不能让外卖送进来，难道住在这里饿了只能点你们酒店的餐饮才能送上门吗，现在普遍都在用美团外卖，居然喊自己下去拿，这个规定真的是很难让人服气。我们也算是太和的老客户了，孩子百日宴这些都是在这里办的，今天就因为这个外卖再三沟通不下来的事情实在让人觉得不愉快。
