酒店服务很好，老板两夫妻服务态度很好，很热情，有求必应，酒店原来是个旧酒店，今年对一些设施重新装修，但是仍有一些设施比较旧，老板已经在努力改造中，这种态度是很不错的，值得入住。

老板人很好很热情，房间设施齐全干净又卫生，出行到古城也很方便步行也就几分钟，下雨也不怕可以走地下通道！还帮我们订了拉市海的票非常的便宜，最主要风景还美，还有一个多小时的马骑体验纳西茶马古道，非常满意的一次旅行！

酒店前台服务态度非常好👍，前台还有免费的茶品，房间新装修给人第一感觉清爽，洗澡间特别大水压也大，因该出们旅行的人都知道洗澡水压力大的好处，到古城步行也就几分钟非常方便，过几天还会过来再住你这里！

卫生太差，卫生间排风扇是坏的。洗浴的水温忽冷忽热，根本没法洗浴！夜里太吵！
