地理位置好，靠黑龙潭3分钟步行。设施较旧，服务不够理想，性价比低我们没选择老板的推荐路线，态度立即不一样了。住一晚后果断换了家。

不知道网上的评价为啥这么高？我所经历的告诉我:这是12天云南行住的最不满意的一家，价高就算了但没有同价的服务和设施。性价比低。所谓的景观房就是看院子里的停车场和几颗大树。洗澡热水半天出不来，换洗的衣服卫生间没法换。床单有洞。住房要交押金。老板热衷于推销旅游线路，但听说我们行程已定，热情不在。想云南出行的建议多看看纯玩团的价格，心中有数，否则只能挨宰。
