客栈环境优雅古朴，比大研那边安静多了，老板热情好客，同是浙江老乡，下回来丽江一定还会再来住，也推荐大家来住住体验一下

环境很好，离古城近，老板是几位年轻的帅哥靓女，客栈安静，晚上睡的很香。还会推荐朋友来住这里。

老板很好给介绍各种吃的玩的，客栈环境不错，值得推荐。房间在束河镇大门不远的地方，比较安静，离束河古镇中心也不远，大概步行5分钟。束河镇里大众点评比较好的几家餐馆都离客栈不远，最远的步行15分钟以内。给个赞

本来是冲着100%好评才预订的，结果我却不得不上来吐槽几句。
1.前台的小伙子们（不知道是老板还是老板聘请的员工）真的很不专业，属于一问三不知的类型，向他们打听的事情，全都得到统一答案：不知道，不清楚。而且人也不热情。
2.晚上洗澡，热水以迅雷不及掩耳盗铃之速度变冷！澡没洗完，热水先变冷水。虽然是云南，但是晚上也挺冷的，至少我是没本事洗冷水澡。次日向店方反映，小伙子竟然不咸不淡的说：之前有客人向他们反映过的，他们也挺奇怪，怎么只有这一间房有问题。我靠！你知道为什么不赶紧解决，还把有问题房间租出去？连个招呼都不打？大冬天的，这绝对是要置人于死地的节奏！
3.房间的隔音效果较差，隔壁房间人说话都能听清楚。
