服务态度很好 但是房间设施真是不怎么样 房间阴暗 冷 空调不管用 今天早晨没有热水 水要放很长时间 洗个澡冻死了 手盆水壶都是山寨的 Wi-Fi连不上

酒店位置有点偏，离古城四方街步行15分钟，打的不大方便。房间倒是挺新的，但是没有空调，因为电力负荷大会停电。服务员很少，只有一两个，需要时有时还找不到人。房间打扫也不及时。总的感觉，客栈的经营不够专业，与星级酒店相比，还需要努力提高。
