一般吧，服务还行，房间设施略显有点差劲，住的二楼的房间洗手池漏水，卫生间不太满意，还有就是隔音效果略差。

由于旅游旺季，加上在携程订的是无担保免费取消的房间，酒店单方面取消了我的订单。得知这个情况后，我与携程客服联系，由于当时在昆明-丽江的火车上，信号不好，电话讲几句就断了，从晚上10点多一直到12点多，打了几十通电话，携程客服也辛苦了。最后还算比较顺利的解决了。订的是家庭房，酒店给一个标间免费加床加三早，携程补差价。3成人挤在一个标间的感觉很不爽。没有上次来丽江住的舒服。

酒店地理位置好，离南门很近。出行方便。酒店的管理人员们都非常热情，到的那天晚上还来接我们～为我们提供的旅游路线建议都非常不错！

客栈不错，干净，还有空调，这个价位相当实惠！店老板很热情，就是过于热情推荐和安排旅行团，感觉像似客栈旅行社一体经营的！
