1冷，看墙上好像有个中央空调的出风口，问前台一个女生是空调么？女生说她们是大客栈！！！有44间房，电压负荷不了，帮我们打开了暖气，然而暖气就一根管、跟并不热冰冰凉。前台说话气人，让我来到丽江入乡随俗！呵呵哒，第二天我就感冒发烧了，真的很冷
2总是推荐有的没的旅行团，忽悠人，给我介绍去香格里拉的旅行团，行程中没有松赞林寺，我说我想去松赞林寺，前台竟然说，那你来云南干嘛，你去西藏啊！
3我订的是二楼的豪华标准间，等我到了说二楼房间没有了，给我安排在了一楼……当时我没仔细看订单，没有争论，乖乖入住了
