This hotel location is very good. It’s a short walk from the main walking streets with all the shops and restaurants. And still close enough to the roads to catch a DiDi/taxi or tour bus.
The service is great. The staff was eagerly helpful for all our questions and things we wanted to do.
The room was spacious, comfortable beds, working hot water, WiFi, tv/movies, and electric bed heating for those cold winter nights. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

Customer service is excellent! They are always available to help with something or answer any questions we had. The tv remote needed new batteries... they replaced them within a few minutes. Very attentive for everything we needed or inquired about.
The location is great. Located in the Old town of Lijiang and a few hundred feet away from one of the busy/main streets with all the shops. If you need to catch a bus or or taxi, the road is about a 7 minute walk.
You can also book your tours through the hotel. We wanted to see one of the performances in Lijiang and the lady recommended a different performance. I was really impressed and thankful she recommend it.
