酒店设施环境服务都挺好的，特别是管家小罗很敬业，虽然他的春节假期老板没批，工资也没翻倍，但他的服务得到了我们一家的认可，不过节后他可能会辞职了，酒店老板表面上有着东北人大气豪爽的性格，骨子却是小气刻薄，特别是年饭，我们一起去住的其他住友们都反应被宰了。
估计下次去丽江我们不会再住这了，与其有个好的居住环境，不如有个人在外地有如在家的人文体验。
