环境闹中取静，接待人员服务都很热情，主动帮忙提行李，电梯引导等，早餐食物品种丰富还有精美小西点，口味选择性比较多，总之有温馨的感觉，以后如果来丽江还会选这家

很不错的酒店，服务员和蔼可亲，热情周到，房间干净清爽，整洁，虽然是新开，但是周边环境不错，我的物品不小心遗落第一时间就联系到我，给我，快递到家，下次到丽江还会入住的，走的匆忙没有拍照片，下次补上。

新开业，服务超好，安静，精致，暖气舒服。特别是入住前台小妹看我带小孩主动升级带沙发床的房间！还有大厅清洁阿姨特别不怕麻烦，小孩将饮料打翻，阿姨不让我自己清扫，好感动哦
