住的地方跟网页上的完全不一样。所幸入住的房东大姐人很好，在丽江确实给了我们很多方便。还有一个问题就是预定时所交的保证金艺龙怎么还没退还我呢，不会是不退了吧，请客服跟进！

这家客栈，环境优雅，房间很干净。老板很对我们很热情，几乎没什么可以挑剔的，店主人非常Nice，想的也十分周到。

我觉得这家客栈的管理蛮好的，所有的行程都是自己安排，管家随身跟这你，给你介绍丽江的文化，跟个私人导游没有区别，我蛮喜欢的

这家的服务很好，房间还有地暖，房间很干净，布置很温馨（很有家的感觉），工作人员很热情，推荐了好玩的好吃的地方，在四方街附近，wifi太给力了！！
