酒店位置很好，离古城步行10分钟左右，旁边有七星街，吃饭购物都方便，23楼360度观景餐厅可看丽江全貌。前台服务热情，办理业务快。房间稍小，设施显旧，预订时说晚上送牛奶，结果要打电话去问、去催，半个多小时才送来，实在与五星酒店的服务不匹配。早餐尚可，停车方便，性价比高。
