房间够大，服务员担心中央空调不够暖，另外加一个电暖器。气候干燥，赠饮四瓶矿泉水，考虑得比较周到。下次可以继续入住。

샹그릴라 올라가면서 묵었는데, 방 창문이 외부가 아닌 복도라 당황했던곳. 내려 오면서 다시 묵었는데 받은 키가 열리지 않음. 카운터에 얘기했더니 직원을 보내겠다해서 기다렸더니 한 열번 시도 끝에 열림. 황당한건 그렇게 나보고 노력해서 사용하라고 다시 카드를 나에게 주길래 화가 머리끝까지 남. 울화통 터져서리. 바꾸어준 방도 욕실의 샤워실 문짝도 하나 없는곳임. 절대 가시지 마세요 성질 버립니다
