客栈不大，但氛围很好，管家和服务人员都非常友善。位置也方便，去四方街和木府都挺近。特别谢谢管家小叶，帮我们找到定做银饰的小店，满足孩子的愿望。并表扬做饭的大嫂，选料新鲜，味道不错。

小余帅锅管家人超好，一大早就来接我们，中途店家狗狗咬了老人家，管家一路陪同去医院，也详细介绍了当地的美食和景点，点上32个赞！房间布置略微有点陈旧，但还是蛮干净的，整体环境不错！还有人泡茶给我们喝……不错不错

阳光纳里和家院是我第二次入住了。每次来住都有家的感觉。客栈很温馨。还免费提供咖啡和茶。他们家的咖啡可是自己现磨的哟。管家小余和小叶服务非常的好。特别是小余，从香格里拉旅游回来我就生病了。还好有小余带着我去医院急诊。其实医院他也并不熟悉。但还是不厌其烦的帮我问路，找医生。真心感觉很亲切，就像自己的家人一样。非常感谢小余。感谢客栈老板有这么优秀的员工。强烈推荐丽江阳光纳里（和家院）
