非常满意。山下山上各住一晚，山下景观造的很好，有商务车送束河古镇，还有国际一线名品店，购物体验很好。山上躺在床上可看到雪山，雪景阁用歺环境超好，服务人员很热情，刚好是小孩生日，专门从山下送了蛋糕，好感动。

酒店的环境、前台服务、早餐是很棒的，我们一家大小都满意。我们入住2间房，一间房挺好的，但是另外一间房的空调越开越闷热的感觉，叫来电工，看过说没事，最后熬不了还是打开门睡觉算了。

位置很好，抬头就见雪山。酒店内规划和整体格局都无愧Hyatt的品牌，绝佳的设计。房间很大，采光布设都不错。酒店人员服务态度很好，笑容灿烂，不过当要求加被子时，增加的杯子被胡乱堆在床上，早餐没有明确划分自助和点餐区，因此服务扣一星。房内卫生间隔断不佳，马桶高度过高，不舒服，设施人性化扣一星。不过由于价格与铂尔曼悦榕庄等相比明显便宜，以后还是会成为出游丽江的首选。
