来丽江自驾游，是因为有停车场才选择这家酒店的，从携程上订了这家酒店，但是从办理入住到入住都非常的不愉快，服务态度太差 酒店设施陈旧 整个房间的灯只有床头灯能用 空调打了一晚上都没打热 房间门锁是坏的根本打不开，给前台打电话叫服务人员半天不过来 再打的时候还直接给挂掉！很影响旅游心情 花了380块订的房间不如180的服务态度以及房间设施，最后说一句，如果房间已经折旧了，那么请赶快换新的设备好吗，不要再用来坑游客了。给没接到的电话回复一个电话是最基本的修养。服务人员的态度直接关系到游客心情，大家开开心心去旅游，不是为了去看别人脸色的！

最大的优势是有停车场，wifi也还算快。不过我们住的不是主楼而是贵宾楼，非常老旧，吹风筒是坏的。到店直接订房比携程便宜。
