非常感谢前台梅梅姑娘，提前加微信告知路线，去路口等着，抢着帮忙拿行李，行李箱很重的。到店后给我们大致介绍了古城主要游览路线，美食，注意事项等，出门回来都很热情礼貌，五星服务好评！酒店位置很好，古城主要要道五一街，旁边就是88号小吃、小宝贝演唱者夏夏的店也在附近。是木质房屋，临街会有些吵，干湿分离，但马桶离电视后背墙有些近，地暖很暖和。

非常好，在古城里逛古城方便，小朋友和管家真真玩的极好，走时帮我们拿行李到古城门口，非常贴心。有机会还会选择这家店。

第一次来丽江 经朋友推荐一定要住在童话客栈 果真名不虚传啊 无论是房间布置 还是地理位置 最最重要的是服务，我的贴心小管家“真真”把所有值得玩的吃的都标在地图上，随时随地有任何事都可以找她帮忙，可以叫她万能妹子了😊，我们也成为了朋友，还有小八、小九每每在出门和回来时都会为我们泡好茶，邀请我们唱歌，烧烤，总之童话心愿店超棒 给你家一样的温暖！

特别好的一次体验 助理陈诚很热情 帮我们安排行车路线 拿行李 还帮我们做美食和出行攻略，感觉就像朋友一样 店里的设施装潢也很喜欢 如果不是时间的关系 真想在那多住几天 以后去丽江就他家了
