到丽江住的第一个酒店，实话实说院子很漂亮，周围逛街吃饭也很方便，房间也特别干净漂亮，但是感觉态度特别不好！到了古城门口不认识路，打了电话等了半个多小时管家小亮才过来接，不知道他是不是心情不好的原因，一路上一句话都没有，自己一个人特别快的走在前面，我们大包小包提着行李差点没跟上，问他话也爱理不理，到了晚上9点多，我老公把房卡弄丢了，下去交了50块钱去补办房卡，我一个人提着很多东西在二楼等着，这时服务员直接上来走到我面前把2楼的灯全关掉了，漆黑一片我自己一个人在那里站着，我想不管怎么样看着2楼走廊有客人站着也不该去把灯全灭了啊，并且那时候只有9点多！这就是对丽江客栈的第一印象！及其不好！！第二天起床果断退房搬去了芷澜店，芷澜店的管家小保态度特别好，感觉完全不同！后来几天就一直住在了芷澜店。我并不是一个多么挑剔的人！只是出门旅游，没做错事没必要看人冷脸！更何况客栈最起码的服务态度应该要有！！

客栈在丽江古城内，木府边。周边环境可以。只是客栈比较旧，房间内有的设施损坏，没有及时修缮。住别院早餐要到总店，稍有不便。
