酒店大堂看起到不错，房间的卫生太差了，地毯和地板都是脏兮兮的，最可气的是洗脸盆居然有点堵，从下面浮上来一个烟头，老公把下水管下开看发现里面好多烟头和头发，可见酒店平时也没整理过。服务也不好，洗漱用品用完了也不补上。完全达不到三星标准。

该酒店是在丽江新区离古城乘出租车不跳表，提前一天退房是因为想住在丽江古城区，房间价格适中，服务员服务态度好，酒店大厅装修有格调，房间是大床——舒服；但房间洗手间无浴缸只有浴帘，淋浴处与洗脸处能用玻璃隔断更好，空调不好。
