房东人还可以，但是设施有点不好，卫生间很简陋，最重要的是房间很小，而且隔音效果很差，昨天晚上一晚上没有睡好，早上7点多就听到外面砍柴的动静特别大，而且在一楼听外面的人说话清清楚楚，很烦人，性价比不高，这个价格可以选一个更好的。

房东人还可以，但是设施有点不好，卫生间很简陋，最重要的是房间很小，而且隔音效果很差，昨天晚上一晚上没有睡好，早上7点多就听到外面砍柴的动静特别大，而且在一楼听外面的人说话清清楚楚，很烦人，性价比不高，这个价格可以选一个更好的。
