我在大厅坐起，服务员就公然说其他客人的坏话，有个客人喊了很多次，服务员就是不去

设施旧点没关系，灯不亮也没关系，关键是服务员8点过就催退房，说是有别的客人订了房间，真是太气愤了，态度还十分恶劣，便宜没好货呀

酒店设施相当残旧，冲凉房的布长满黑点，房间卫生非常差，住一晚上只睡了2个小时，拍蚊子拍天亮，应该拍了十多只，要不是赶时间，真想让他们看看拍死的蚊子。真不知同程的好评怎么来的。
