退房等了近半个小时，等待期间也没有人询问干什么，还被插队三人，前台态度非常冷淡，一说携程订的还不给开票，态度一下子更冷淡了，像我这种一年出差10个月的人，难得遇到这么糟糕的前台，卫生，周边还是可以的，但最后搞的太难受了，全部打一分

酒店周围比较热闹，有大型超市和餐饮。我住的是副楼，通过携程网价格在二百以下。房间设施十分陈旧，电视机安放在电视柜里。酒店有免费停车场，前台服务人员不敬业，服务态度冷硬，希望加强培训。
