客栈位于古城的中心地段，旺中带静，酒店设施较为陈旧。客栈老板是位年青帅锅，服务很好，见我带父母出行，航班又是晚上7点，说12点退房后老头老太太没地儿休息，主动为我们延迟退房时间到下午5点，实在太感动啦！为帅锅点赞！

服务态度太差了 到了古城门口 联系不上酒店 唯一留的电话换了 不仅在艺龙上 其他的app也同样是以前老板的电话 到前台问阿姨 阿姨说我们不管 别的客人都是拉着行李箱自己进来的 古城的青石板路拉行李箱根本走不远 我们都是抬进来的 不知道好评的朋友是不是没有一个拉着箱子来的 前台阿姨说别人都有店里的电话 不知道为什么你们没有 屋里面进不来阳光 很潮湿 再也不会来住第二次了 入住体验真的是让人失望 我还能说什么呢 我也很绝望啊

客栈的负责人都很好 我们提前入住了一天 都帮我安排好房间 房间也很舒适。一个很漂亮的姑娘很贴心的告诉我一些注意事项 总之很棒啦

离木府和四方街都很近。便捷。服务态度好。到丽江时还是清晨，把前台吵醒，前台还尽可能帮着提前入住。酒店环境也挺好的，可以感受古城的氛围。
