酒店的设备很不错，房间宽敞，尤其是洗手间很是干净，服务员的素质很不错，态度温柔优雅热情，下次再来丽江，我一定还住新纳大酒店，真的非常好。

酒店是沿河而建，环境优雅清净，房间干净整洁，让人一眼看上去就会喜欢，住在那里非常舒服，酒店的院子就像一个大花园，很是漂亮。无论是卫生，安全，还是服务都非常的到位，以四星的标准不说，有过无不及，物有所值，很值得推荐。

酒店沿河而建，环境清优安静，离最热闹的四方街走路约15分钟，很方便。酒店是新加坡人投资和管理，安全，舒适，干净，房间大，洗手间也很大。我们喜欢坐在花园里聊天喝茶，是人生一大享受，服务周到，房价廉宜，值得一提的是酒店林总为人非常豪放热情，有求必应。下次到丽江我一定会再住这里。

朋友推荐我入住新纳大酒店，果然名不虚传，一踏进该酒店，给我的第一印象宽阔精致的大花园，气派非凡！管理层非常热心，看到我爱人有高山反应症，脸色苍向要呕吐，马上送来药物，晚餐时，送来白粥，照顾得无微不至。坚持不收费，使我们很感动。

整体来讲都很差的管理上跟不上我住在二楼可是酒店每个房间主要开水龙头都可以听到声音很大特别的吵而且酒店还养了两条狗吵死了房间的窗帘也太薄了根本就不管用.
